The Association aims to provide teachers with both practical and academic support. It produces a termly newsletter which is sent to all members. Its main areas of activity include a national conference, syllabus and curriculum development, regional networks and meetings, and liaison with universities.
Members of ISRSA are linked in via a Google group to discuss issues of concern and seek support from each other. The Help@isrsa.org.uk facility allows pertinent questions to be addressed to members of the ISRSA Council.
