One of the significant questions provoked by the Religion and Worldviews approach to RE suggested by the Commission on RE has been the approach to knowledge that it took.  In this article, Trevor Cooling explores the vision behind the claim ‘everyone has a worldview’, the exemplification of this work through the National Statement of Entitlement, which forms part of the National Content Standard for RE in England, and the understanding of knowledge used in this approach and literature.
